Investors saw surprising increases in many altcoins under the leadership of Bitcoin (BTC) and in the midst of market movements, BRC-20 token Ordinal (ORDI) made a strong jump, drawing attention to the BRC-20 area. Top 5 BRC-20 Tokens
Leading the list is MultiBit (MUBI). MultiBit is a BRC-20 token bridge platform that allows users to seamlessly move tokens between the Bitcoin Blockchain and other Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks. Like ORDI, MUBI also gained over 340% in the last 7 days. The altcoin, released in November of this year amidst Bitcoin ordinals hype, saw its price rise from $0.005 to $0.1.
Various major cryptocurrency exchanges are expected to list MUBI soon. These listings are expected to further increase the price of the altcoin. Additionally, a solution to support bridging for NFTs in the Bitcoin ecosystem through MultiBit is also expected to be implemented soon, making it even more convenient to purchase the altcoin.
SATS Ordinals (SATS) takes the second position on the list. SATS Ordinals is a memecoin based on Satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin, and is one of the best options among other BRC-20 tokens.
The price movements of SATS are deeply connected to investor interest in Bitcoin. When the price of Bitcoin rises, most BRC-20 tokens indirectly related to BTC show an upward trend, including SATS. Although the price of SATS has many zeros compared to Bitcoin, this still indicates its potential to bring serious and surprising gains.
OXBT Ordinals (OXBT) ranks third on the list. OXBT Ordinals is another community-focused token on the BRC-20 network. OXBT token was released earlier this year in May and received massive community support. However, after its release, the token faced a sharp decline and is currently trying to recover.

RATS Ordinals (RATS) takes the fourth spot. Finally, VMPX Ordinals (VMPX) ranks fifth and last. VMPX Ordinals is a BRC-20 token created by Jack Levin, the founder of XEN. It was first released on May 7, 2023. VMPX Ordinals is supported by Jack Levin’s “first principles”. This means that VMPX tokens were not pre-mined, no allocation was made to the founder, and the code is immutable. This feature makes VMPX unique and a potential investment asset competing with other BRC-20 tokens. Additionally, the project’s leadership by Levin, a leading figure in the cryptocurrency sector, adds to the strength of the VMPX token.

While the question “Should Bitcoin remain just as digital gold, or should it support more sophisticated functions” continues to be debated, the introduction of BRC-20 has created a new wave of interest in Bitcoin, and the community has begun to experiment with using the Bitcoin network to store immutable data.
One of these new experiments is an attempt to create local tokens on Bitcoin through a token standard called BRC-20. BRC-20 tokens offer a clever way to bypass Bitcoin’s programmability limitations and create semi-fungible tokens using ordinals. In short, BRC-20 is an experimental token standard that can be used on Bitcoin.
