Investors familiar with cryptocurrencies have known this name for years, and he has been sharing market analyses for a long time. Of course, there are times when he is wrong and times when he is right. Crypto analysts are often wrong because the unpredictable nature of this field forces them to be. Many manage to always appear right by quietly removing incorrect predictions. So, what predictions does Pentoshi have for the markets?
Will Altcoins Rise?
Pentoshi, one of the most followed analysts in the cryptocurrency markets, recently published his latest assessment. The expert, who shared a chart tracking the total value of assets excluding BTC and the top 10 cryptocurrencies, wrote:
“I think we will see something similar for altcoins. And as always, there are no charts/indicators, etc., for them. I only tweet charts for BTC, ETH, and SOL. The red line is not definite; it’s just a general idea of where and how we might go. I think it’s unlikely we’ll see a lower dip from here.”
The analyst predicts that after a short-term decline, the total value of altcoins will rise above $360 billion again.
“It’s crazy, but altcoins have been so devastated in the past few months that the market has almost returned to the bear market range on average. Most have seen their all-time lows. I think it’s quite likely we’ll be stuck somewhere between the lowest and highest levels for a while. However, I feel they will relax a bit.”
Bitcoin Comments
After Trump was shot in the ear, cryptocurrencies started to rise strongly again, but the safe haven is in daily closes above $65,000. For now, while investors continue their anxious wait, many experts seem confident about a rise in the last quarter. Pentoshi also maintains his bullish sentiment despite the recent attempt near $50,000.
“We got quite close to $51,000 at $53,000. I think whenever we see that region, even if we pull back, it’s a huge long-term opportunity area when considering BTC’s future. Look at the state of the world, irresponsible governments, and central banks. We will see higher levels than we think. Eventually.”
