Coinbase, a major US-based cryptocurrency exchange, has integrated its Chainbase Datasets with Google Cloud’s data analysis platform, BigQuery. This integration allows access to over 300 multi-blockchain datasets, making it a significant advancement for developers and businesses working with blockchain data.
Chainbase Datasets Now Available on Google BigQuery
Chainbase announced this collaboration during the Token2049 event held in Singapore. At the seminar themed “AI and Web3: Building a Trusted Digital Future,” the Chainbase Dataset product, developed in partnership with Google Cloud, was introduced. This product will provide real-time updated datasets from Chainbase’s platform to 7 million developers and corporate users on BigQuery.
With this new integration, developers can utilize BigQuery’s SQL-based querying features to easily access and analyze blockchain data. Instead of building custom solutions to manage complex data, developers and businesses can accelerate their operations by directly using the ready-to-use datasets provided by Chainbase. This will particularly provide a significant advantage in developing blockchain-based smart applications.
New Opportunities for Developers and Enterprises
Chainbase’s data platform currently supports the development of over 10,000 products, with more than 20,000 developers in its ecosystem. The extensive data network offered by the cryptocurrency exchange will reach a broader audience through BigQuery. This collaboration will contribute not only to developers and corporate users but also to the wider adoption of blockchain technology.
Access to these datasets via BigQuery, a fully managed and AI-supported data analysis platform provided by Google Cloud, will significantly ease data analytics, processing, and reporting for developers and businesses. This will enable faster and more efficient development of projects related to blockchain data.
This collaboration is considered a vital step in expanding the user base of Chainbase’s data platform and making blockchain data more accessible to a larger audience.
