Currently, Bitcoin is trading about $500 below the $40,000 level, with a market cap exceeding $770 billion and a dominance of 52%.

Chainlink’s LINK became the top-performing high market cap altcoin in the last 24 hours, surpassing $15 after a 7% increase. LINK’s price has continued to rise, albeit relatively limited, with a 2.5% increase in the last 24 hours, currently trading above $16.

Ethereum, another top market cap altcoin, has shown significant gains in the last 24 hours, with its ETH price increasing by over 3% and currently trading above $2,150. While XRP, SOL, ADA, DOGE, TON, and DOT are seeing limited gains in green, BNB, TRX, and AVAX are trading in red with limited gains.
On the weekly timeframe, the Terra ecosystem tokens USTC and LUNC have seen triple-digit gains. USTC saw a 272% increase in the weekly timeframe. The total market cap of the cryptocurrency market has increased by $20 billion overnight, approaching the $1.5 trillion mark.
