MetaMask and Robinhood Collaborate for Easier Crypto Access

In the new era of cryptocurrency adoption, both centralized exchanges and DeFi platforms are set to play significant roles. MetaMask is already one of the most preferred wallet service providers and had recently announced a partnership with Visa. Now, they are entering into a new collaboration with the Robinhood platform.

The investment app Robinhood has approved the idea of integrating with Consensys’s MetaMask ecosystem to enable its users to invest in cryptocurrencies more easily. The two companies have initiated integration with Robinhood Connect and MetaMask‘s Buy Crypto aggregator. As a result, the barriers for Robinhood users to access cryptocurrencies are significantly reduced, paving the way for investments in a freer and broader space.

Robinhood Connect is the company’s platform that allows users to purchase and swap cryptocurrencies to and from their self-custody wallets and decentralized applications. MetaMask’s Buy Crypto product enables the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies from different brokers in 189 countries.
