Binance Initiates Trading Pairs
The trading pairs initiated by Binance are generally known to have significant effects on the cryptocurrencies involved. Binance’s move can be interpreted as a sign of hope for the future of these cryptocurrencies. In this context, Binance announced that it would open seven different trading pairs for transactions on March 5.

To expand the list of trading options available on Binance Spot and enhance the trading experience for our users, Binance will open trading for OM/TRY, PEPE/FDUSD, PIXEL/USDC, STRK/USDC, THETA/TRY, and UNI/FDUSD spot trading pairs at 2024-03-05 08:00 (UTC).
Following this news, investors examining the trading pairs noticed that OM and THETA would be listed with the Turkish Lira. This suggests that there is a concentrated demand from users investing with the Turkish Lira in these particular cryptocurrencies.
On the other hand, STRK, which has been marked by a recent debacle, appears to be introduced to a new pairing. Among all these, the other listings that caught attention were PEPE and PIXEL. PEPE has been on the rise lately, while PIXEL has captivated the entire crypto world with its airdrop gains. PEPE’s rise continues during this period.
Current State of Cryptocurrencies
For the first time since November 15, 2021, the Bitcoin price left the $65,000 level behind and was continuing its rise towards $66,000. Meanwhile, the king of altcoins, Ethereum (ETH), maintained its position above $3,500 with an increase of nearly 4%.
Leading the market with a strong appearance among the top 10 was none other than Dogecoin‘den (DOGE). DOGE’s price saw an increase of over 25%, trading at $0.1665.
The biggest gainer of the day was the meme coin PEPE, which saw a 62% increase in the last 24 hours, trading at $0.000007179. It was followed by another meme coin, BONK, which increased by 50% in 24 hours, trading at $0.00003414.
