Famous analyst and economist Alex Krüger, in his forecast, has pumped optimism into crypto investors by predicting that Bitcoin (BTC) will rise to a new all-time high in the short term. The analyst also pointed out Core (CORE), which he expects to rise between 3 to 4 times from its current price levels.
Anticipating a New Rally in Bitcoin
Addressing a large following on the popular social media platform X, Krüger predicts a new rally for Bitcoin, noting that some altcoins show a clear uptrend in the daily timeframe. He emphasized his confidence in the overall trend of Bitcoin’s price chart, expecting the largest cryptocurrency to reach new peaks in the short term.
Krüger recently emphasized the importance of investing in Bitcoin for traditional finance portfolio managers. According to him, managers have three options: buy Bitcoin now, buy Bitcoin later, or risk underperforming for the next decade by not buying Bitcoin. This perspective reflects the growing acceptance of the largest cryptocurrency as a valuable asset class within the traditional finance sector.
At the time of writing this article, Bitcoin has seen a decrease of about 1 percent in the last 24 hours, trading at $69,706.
Analyst’s Comments on CORE
Beyond Bitcoin, Krüger highlighted the main network asset of the Core network, CORE. The analyst expects a strong breakout for the main network asset of the Layer 1 network, which uses a hybrid consensus mechanism known as satoshi plus.
The analyst expects CORE, another altcoin in the Bitcoin ecosystem, to surpass the market value of Stacks (STX) and to rise between 3 to 4 times in the short term. With current data, CORE is trading at $2.70, up 63.80 percent in the last 24 hours. The fact that the altcoin was trading at $1.61 at the time of the analyst’s forecast suggests a target range of $4.80 to $6.45.
