Leading multi-cryptocurrency mining developer and pool operator BTCcom has announced its rebranding as Clover Pool after nine years of service. Starting today, the company’s mining pool, block explorer, and cryptocurrency wallet will all operate under the Clover Pool brand.
Clover Pool and Mining Goals
Under the new brand, the company aims to leverage nearly a decade of experience in the cryptocurrency mining sector to strengthen its operations and development efforts. Their primary goal is to significantly upgrade all mining pools and exploration tools to better serve their global clientele.
Clover Pool began offering mining pools for Bitcoin (BTC) $90,910, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Litecoin (LTC) one year after its official launch in 2015. In May 2018, they added mining pools for Ethereum (ETH) $3,167 and Ethereum Classic (ETC). These products will be renewed in the coming months to provide a smoother and more efficient experience for users.
Looking Ahead
The company stated that, under the former BTCcom brand, it allocated significant resources to ensure miners had the best possible experience. There will also be intense efforts to enhance the mining infrastructure, professionalize the pool, and introduce new features such as advanced security and miner tracking systems.
With the Clover Pool name, the firm aims to focus on expanding its operations across different sectors in the cryptocurrency market. According to the announcement, a hardware trading platform is even planned for development in the second half of next year.
“Clover Pool has extracted over 469,552 BTC in the past nine years as BTCcom, and we will not stop; we will continue to specialize in mining software and grow in this field alongside new hardware services.”
Clover Pool Reward Program
To celebrate the rebranding, Clover Pool has launched a new reward program for customers using its products and services. Promotional activities include doubling referral rewards and discounts for miners, with full details available on the company’s official website.
As the cryptocurrency sector continues to evolve and renew, Clover Pool’s move demonstrates the company’s desire to expand its expertise in the mining field to a broader range. Plans to develop a hardware trading platform and improvements to existing services aim to enrich user experience while adapting to the dynamic nature of the industry.
