Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced its support for a significant update and hard fork on the Shentu (CTK) network. Starting from October 30, 2024, at 14:00 UTC, deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Shentu network will be temporarily halted. During this period, the network upgrade and hard fork will occur at a block height of 20,949,300. The completion of the upgrade and hard fork is expected around 15:00 UTC.
CTK Trading Activities Will Not Be Affected
Binance will meet all technical requirements to facilitate user compliance during this process. Trading activities for Shentu’s mainnet asset, CTK, will continue without interruption throughout the duration of the process.
After the updates are completed and the network stabilizes, deposit and withdrawal transactions will be reactivated. Binance added that it will not make any further announcements regarding this matter.
Support Offered by Binance for Its Users
Binance stated that it will continue to provide technical support for users during such network upgrades and hard forks to ensure the security and continuity of transactions. The cryptocurrency exchange has assured its users that all activities will proceed smoothly after the Shentu network upgrade.
Shentu network users and CTK coin traders need to closely follow Binance announcements to avoid being affected by the temporary suspension. The support provided by Binance, prioritizing user experience, aims to ensure that Shentu network users can continue their transactions securely.
