According to the BBC, Logan Paul misled his 23 million YouTube followers by promoting a cryptocurrency for his own benefit in 2021. Through these promotions, he reportedly increased the token’s price, earning over $100,000.
The BBC report identified a connection between Paul and an anonymous crypto wallet. It mentioned that Paul’s public wallet transferred funds to this anonymous wallet in 2021. Notably, when promoting the Elongate token in May 2021, it was found that this wallet held Elongate tokens.
