Latest data from SoSoValue indicated that XRPZ took in $3.5013 million in net inflows on September 16. Over time, the fund has accumulated approximately $483 million since launch, continuing its momentum as a leading choice for XRP-backed investment vehicles.

Franklin Templeton is a global investment management firm specializing in a range of asset classes, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments. The group’s XRP ETF has become one of the most active products for institutional investors seeking exposure to Ripple’s token.

CoinGlass reported that for the preceding session, all $2.73 million in net inflows into XRP ETFs originated from Franklin’s XRPZ, underlining its prominent role in current capital allocations within the XRP ETF segment.

Recent net flows across XRP ETFs

During the past several sessions, net inflows into XRP ETFs have fluctuated. On September 15, no net flows were reported. The previous day, total XRP ETF inflows reached $8.40 million.

No net inflows or outflows appeared on September 11, while Franklin alone accounted for $3.69 million in net inflows on September 10. A day earlier, September 9, ranked as one of the more active sessions, attracting about $8.67 million in total to XRP ETFs. Among that, Bitwise’s XRP product secured $6.57 million, and Grayscale’s XRP fund received $2.11 million.

Franklin’s consistent inflows reflect its status as a significant channel for institutional-level XRP investment this September. The concentration of daily inflows in its favor highlights ongoing interest in its fund, even as competitors like Bitwise and Grayscale also draw investment periodically.

XRP price movement amid ETF demand

The recent surge in ETF inflows has taken place against a backdrop of sharp declines in XRP’s spot price. After the US Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act on September 15, risk-off sentiment triggered widespread sell-offs throughout the digital asset market, with XRP among the hardest hit.

CoinGecko data showed XRP trading at roughly $1.42 on September 14, before it fell to around $1.28 the next day, marking a drop of around 10%. While the token saw a slight rebound to $1.30, it remained down approximately 6.7% over the previous week and about 30.1% for the month.

XRP plummeted following the US Senate’s decision to halt the CLARITY Act, which failed to pass the 60-vote threshold, intensifying risk aversion in the cryptocurrency space.

At the last available reading, XRP was trading near $1.30, fluctuating within a 24-hour range between $1.25 and $1.31, as investors watched both ETF movements and legislative developments for signs of further market direction.
