Blockchain analysis platform Santiment recently announced that an Ethereum (ETH) based altcoin project is leading in development activity rankings within the real-world asset (RWA) sector.
Chainlink (LINK) at the Top
According to Santiment, the blockchain oracle Chainlink (LINK) has the highest amount of daily activity on the development sharing platform GitHub.
LINK, when compared to the second most active blockchain project, Synthetix (SNX), which allows the creation of synthetic assets on Ethereum, appears to have more than twice the development activity.
Here are the top real-world assets in crypto according to development. This list was compiled by counting all non-duplicate GitHub activities and averaging these daily activities over the last 30 days. Chainlink currently produces 2.49 times more daily activity than the next active project, Synthetix.
Santiment’s ranking list is as follows:
Chainlink (LINK)
Synthetix.io
Centrifuge (CFG)
Dusk (DUSK)
Oraichain (ORAI)
Creditcoin (CTC)
IX Swap (IXS)
Maker (MKR) Maker (MKR)
Polymesh Network (POLYX)
Reserve (RSR)
Latest on Tellor
Santiment also shared that the oracle protocol Tellor’s (TRB) native crypto asset has already performed better this month than most projects.
Tellor was one of the best-performing assets so far in May, doubling its market value since the turn of the calendar month. There were sudden spikes in whale transactions and address activities, indicating potential TRB profit-taking.
However, as we mentioned earlier, the sharp rise in Tellor has given way to a quick decline. TRB rose to $145 but the rise rate has since declined to 5%, and at the time of writing, it is trading at $117.
TRB’s market cap also experienced a similar rise and is now over $300 million. The 24-hour trading volume, following a 68% increase, stands at $785 million, indicating that despite the market downturn, interest remains high.
