A closely monitored analyst has revealed that one of the most followed altcoins is developing a highly positive market structure. Crypto enthusiast Ali Martinez shared insights with his 108,000 followers on the social media platform X, noting that the payment altcoin XRP possesses significant upward potential following a period of horizontal consolidation.
XRP’s Upward Potential
Martinez indicated that XRP is forming a bull pennant pattern, which typically points to a continuation of an upward trend. He stated, “XRP currently has one of the strongest bullish structures in the crypto market after testing the breakout zone.” According to him, XRP’s rising interest from market-dominant investors suggests that its price could potentially reach $10.
Predictions for Other Altcoins
In addition, Martinez provided insights on Ethereum $3,425‘s layer-2 solution, Polygon (MATIC). He remarked, “Polygon is on the brink of a significant 40% move. We are waiting for a sustained close outside the $0.47-$0.41 range to determine the direction.” He also observed positive signals for the synthetic dollar protocol Ethena (ENA) and layer-1 protocol Algorand (ALGO).
Martinez forecasted that if ENA maintains its support at $0.86, its price could rise further. He also noted that ALGO has entered a strong upward trend by breaking the upper trend line of a symmetrical triangle. “ALGO’s trend direction will be established if it closes decisively outside the $0.39-$0.32 range,” he added.
Recent price movements in these altcoins support the analyst’s predictions. XRP has risen by 18.2% in the past 24 hours to $3.15, while MATIC is up 7.1% to $0.48, ENA has increased by 14.1% to $0.94, and ALGO has surged 20.3% to $0.44. It’s essential for investors to closely monitor market movements based on such technical analyses and conduct their own research.
Given the high volatility in the crypto markets, caution is crucial when making investment decisions. Those seeking more information on XRP and other altcoins should regularly follow market trends and analyst comments.
