Binance Wallet is partnering with PancakeSwap to conduct a special Token Generation Event (TGE) for the Mind Network. This event is set to take place on April 10, 2025, for only one hour, during which users can acquire FHE, the main network asset of Mind Network, in exchange for BNB. There will be a total supply of 50 million FHE tokens, with a maximum participation limit of 3 BNB per user. Significant changes in the participation rules have been outlined, so users are advised to review the details carefully.
Details of the TGE Event and Participation Requirements
The event, conducted by Binance Wallet and PancakeSwap, will only operate on the BNB Smart Chain. On April 10, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 (UTC), the goal is to collect a total of $750,000 worth of BNB during the subscription period. The unit price of FHE is set at $0.015, and there will be no vesting process implemented.
To participate, users must hold a minimum daily asset of $100 in their Binance Wallet (Keyless) and Binance exchange accounts from April 3 to April 9, 2025. Daily asset checks (snapshots) will determine eligibility for participation during this period. Eligibility can be verified through the PancakeSwap TGE page. Only backed Keyless wallets in Binance Wallet will be allowed to participate, while externally transferred or exported wallet addresses will not be accepted.
Key Information on FHE Coin Distribution
The distribution of coins during the event will be proportional to the amount of BNB users contribute. The more users contribute, the greater their chance of obtaining FHE coins. After the subscription process, users can reclaim both their token allocations and any unused BNB balances. The listing of coins on decentralized exchanges (DEX) will commence today at 15:00 (UTC).
Binance has warned users against fraud attempts. It emphasized that any FHE coins circulating before the subscription period ends should be considered invalid. The only valid contract address will be shared through Mind Network’s official channel. Furthermore, requests from exported wallet addresses will be deemed invalid. Users may be disqualified from the event if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
What is Mind Network and Its Purpose?
Mind Network aims to build a fully encrypted internet infrastructure, adopting quantum-resistant Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology. The project is working on a new protocol called HTTPZ to guide secure data processing in the realms of Web3 and artificial intelligence. This infrastructure promises to offer both transparency and data security.
The FHE coin, the main network asset of Mind Network offered during the event, is designed for governance and various transactions. The FHE coin will be used to support protocol fees, validating node operations, and voting within the ecosystem.
Additionally, 10 million FHE coins have been reserved for future marketing campaigns, with distributions planned to avoid affecting the altcoin‘s price.
