$76,467 creator Satoshi Nakamoto. The court stated that Wright provided false testimony and presented counterfeit documents to support his assertions. The judge emphasized that evidence clearly demonstrated Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto.
Judge: “Wright Is Not Satoshi Nakamoto”
The court examined Dr. Wright’s claims of being the author of the Bitcoin White Paper and the creator of the BTC system repeatedly. In a ruling made in March, Wright’s claims were also found to be invalid. The court determined that Wright did not operate under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto between 2008 and 2011, and this finding was further clarified in the latest appeal decision.
The judge stated, “Dr. Wright is not the author of the Bitcoin White Paper. Additionally, he is not the individual who operated under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto during the 2008-2011 period.” The court also revealed that Wright organized false documents to support his claims.
