Immutable officially declared that the Securities and Exchange Commission has formally closed its inquiry into the company and related parties, delivering this news to the firm. Last year, the Wells notice sent to the company indicated that legal action would be pursued and that the investigation was ongoing. This new development signals a positive shift for many in the cryptocurrency sector.
