Analysts are increasingly vocal about rising risks as Bitcoin
$76,215 prices become stagnant. During an upward trend, if prices remain just below a peak for an extended period, it can signal a potential price reversal to investors. Today, we explore various analysts’ perspectives on this critical matter.
Is the Bull Market Over?
The weekly MACD crossover, investors’ desire to sell due to historical peak patterns in November, reduced liquidity, or the slowdown of ETF inflows are leading different analysts to have varying motives for predicting a downturn. Some even go as far as to suggest that the bull markets have already ended.

Ali Martinez, who shared the above chart, speculates on two possible outcomes due to Bitcoin trading below its 200-day SMA. Either investors miss the buying opportunity at rock bottom or prepare to face pain by not recognizing one of the first major signs of a bear market.

DaanCrypto has also moved away from his previous optimism. “The October candlestick is uncertain. After reaching historic highs, we saw the largest liquidation event in history. Overall, prices have scarcely changed over the last 4-5 months. The price is gradually losing the bull market support band, a reliable high time frame momentum indicator. Bulls must intervene if they want to extend the trend.”
Thus, regaining levels swiftly above $113,700 is crucial. At the time of writing, Bitcoin’s price is striving for $111,000.
LTC and ETH
Privacy-focused altcoins have been the stars of this week, yielding the best category-based gains. Coins like ZEC have displayed charts worthy of bull markets. An analyst with the pseudonym Crypto Tony believes that the rally in privacy-focused altcoins will benefit Litecoin (LTC). The stop-loss level stands at $99.7, and Tony remains optimistic.

Ali Martinez’s forecast for Ether is disheartening for altcoins in general. With ETH stagnating below $3,950, Martinez eyes support levels at $2,870 and $2,530.

If ETH experiences another significant decline, it could have more destructive implications for altcoins.
