Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced good news for investors of two altcoins. The giant crypto exchange will support the network upgrades and hard forks of Shentu (CTK) and Conflux Network (CFX). Here are the key details highlighted in Binance’s support announcement for both altcoins.
Planned Network Upgrades and Hard Forks for Shentu and Conflux Network
Binance, the cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will support the network upgrades and hard forks of Shentu and Conflux Network. According to this announcement, the crypto exchange will support Shentu’s network upgrade and hard fork, which will take place at block height 14,875,800 Shentu or approximately on September 6, 2023, at 16:30 GMT+3. During this process, Binance will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal transactions for CTK starting from approximately 15:30 on the same day.
Additionally, Binance will also support Conflux Network’s network upgrade and hard fork, which will take place on September 7, 2023, at 19:30 GMT+3 at the 79,050,000 Conflux epoch. The deposit and withdrawal transactions for CFX will be temporarily suspended starting from approximately 19:00 on the same day.
Binance’s Full Support for Shentu and Conflux Network
Binance will meet all the technical requirements of the expected network upgrades and hard forks for all users holding CTK and CFX in their exchange wallets. The crypto exchange also added that the network upgrades and hard forks of Shentu and Conflux Network will not result in the creation of new tokens.
Trading of CTK and CFX on the Binance platform will continue unaffected by the planned network upgrades and hard forks. Once there is a consensus that the upgraded networks are stable, Binance will resume the deposit and withdrawal transactions for CTK and CFX.
