The cryptocurrency market, which started the week with a relatively flat trend, has become active again since the morning hours. The leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) experienced sharp price movements between the levels of $25,400 and $25,900.
Ethereum (ETH) started trading at $1,625 after its recent value losses. According to CoinMarketCap (CMC) data, the total market value of the cryptocurrency ecosystem declined to $1.04 trillion. Following their recent price movements, BNB started trading at $213, XRP at $0.49, Cardano (ADA) at $0.25, Dogecoin at $0.062, Solana (SOL) at $19.3, and TRON (TRX) at $0.078.
Volatility in the cryptocurrency market has increased compared to the beginning of the week. According to Coinglass data, approximately $60 million worth of short and long positions were liquidated in the cryptocurrency market within the last 24 hours.
In addition, although it did not have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency market yesterday, an important development related to the NFT ecosystem occurred. Google, making a new change in its advertising policies, decided to allow ads for blockchain-based NFT games as of September 15.

While the direction of the leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin remains uncertain, there have been cryptocurrencies that have lost value significantly during the day. According to CMC data, Synthetix (SNX), Sui (SUI), Compound (COMP), and The Sandbox (SAND) were among the cryptocurrencies that lost the most value in terms of percentage among the top 100 cryptocurrencies in market capitalization within the last 24 hours.
On the other hand, there have also been cryptocurrencies that continued to rise during the day and differentiated positively from the cryptocurrency market. According to CMC data, Astar (ASTR), Render (RNDR), Toncoin (TON), Stellar (XLM), THORChain (RUNE), and Maker (MKR) were among the cryptocurrencies that experienced the highest percentage increase in market capitalization among the top 100 cryptocurrencies within the last 24 hours.
