Charles Hoskinson’s Statements!
During his opening speech at the Rare Evo 2023 event in Denver, Cardano CEO Charles Hoskinson told the participants that he believes Cardano, currently the eighth-largest cryptocurrency by market value, will surpass Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) due to its higher potential. Hoskinson included the following statements regarding the matter:
People fear decentralized governance because they see it as something that takes control away from them. But I never believed in that… I think if you give people a chance to stand up and show who they are and what they can do, they will believe in it. To do great things… That’s why our struggle is this, and that’s why I think Cardano will probably become the biggest cryptocurrency in the world.
“The Future Lies in Cryptocurrencies!”
Additionally, the founder of Cardano mentioned that the smart contract platform has the potential to replace outdated parts of social infrastructure, such as voting in any banking system. In his statements, the expert concluded:
I believe this will be more than just a cryptocurrency. I think this will be the backbone of a new digital nation, a new society, a place where we can eventually start trusting each other again… A place where we vote, where our money lives. Cryptocurrencies encompass life and all its dimensions because we deserve it.
