The low market cap meme token Simon’s Cat (CAT) within the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem has caught the attention of crypto analyst and trader Bluntz, who has a large following on the social media platform X. With 274,800 followers, Bluntz stated that CAT is preparing for a substantial breakout. The analyst emphasized that the token has been on a consistent upward trend since its launch and has experienced surges following vertical accumulations.
Expectations of Major Breakout for CAT Token
Bluntz expressed, “The CAT season is alive and well, CAT continues to accumulate vertically and then breakout, maintaining a consistent upward trend since its launch. I believe a promising breakout is approaching.” According to the chart shared by the analyst, CAT seems ready to break out of an ascending channel in the four-hour timeframe.
As of the writing, CAT token is trading at $0.00004263, showing an approximate increase of 291% from its low of $0.0000109 on August 22. This new meme token, based on the popular British animation web and book series Simon’s Cat, was launched last month and currently boasts a market cap of $292 million.
Signs of Ascendancy in NEAR Protocol
Bluntz also shared his views on the first-layer blockchain NEAR Protocol (NEAR). According to the analyst, NEAR’s price is beginning to rise, and interest surrounding artificial intelligence technology may support this ascent. NEAR announced in May that it was building tools for users to develop their own AI applications on the protocol.
Bluntz remarked, “I’m liking NEAR again here; it’s starting to break out of a six-month downtrend. I’m sure the artificial intelligence narrative will come back into focus at some point.” The chart shared by the analyst indicates that NEAR is attempting to overcome diagonal resistance. At the time of writing, NEAR is trading at $4.36.
