This initiative will provide full scholarships to over 500 participants. Covering critical topics such as AML/KYC compliance, financial crime prevention, blockchain forensics, and cross-border regulations, the program will be conducted as a 16-hour online training course. Regulators, finance professionals, and compliance experts will have the opportunity to participate and adapt to the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market.
Specialized Crypto Regulation Training for the Finance Sector
GFI’s new course is specifically designed for regulators, financial institutions, and compliance specialists. The course aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to better understand regulatory processes and minimize financial risks. It will focus on areas such as AML/KYC compliance, blockchain forensics, RegTech solutions, and cross-border regulations.
Binance CEO Richard Teng emphasized the initiative’s significance in enhancing financial literacy, stating, “Education plays a crucial role in bridging the knowledge gap in the cryptocurrency market, especially in a world transformed by AI and blockchain.”
Professor David Lee highlighted that with Binance’s support, the financial sector will be better prepared for rapidly changing regulations and that the education will strengthen the knowledge bridge between traditional finance and the blockchain ecosystem.
