Binance Announces Chiliz (CHZ) and MultiversX (EGLD) Updates
According to the announcement by Binance, the Chiliz (CHZ) network upgrade and hard fork will occur at block height 13,189,711, or approximately on May 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM Turkey time. Consequently, Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the Chiliz (CHZ) network starting from approximately 9:00 AM Turkey time on May 20, 2024.
The MultiversX (EGLD) network upgrade will occur on May 21, 2024, at 7:20 PM Turkey time. Therefore, Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the MultiversX (EGLD) network starting from approximately 6:20 PM Turkey time on May 21, 2024.
Other Details
Informing its users about other details, Binance stated that the trading of tokens on the aforementioned networks will not be affected. Binance also emphasized that it will meet all relevant technical requirements for all users. Deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the mentioned networks will reopen once the upgraded network is deemed stable. Additionally, no further announcement will be made.
