Binance, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has made a significant announcement concerning its Turkish users. According to the statement, the “Referral Program” offered to users in Turkey has been completely terminated. This decision to end the Referral Program was made in alignment with local laws and regulatory frameworks in Turkey. Binance emphasized that it will continue to prioritize the security of its users by ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Referral Codes Will No Longer Be Valid
As stated by Binance, all referral codes for the Referral Program accessible from Turkey have lost their validity. From now on, users in Turkey will not be able to obtain new referral codes through Binance.com. However, there will be no changes for those who previously attracted users using referral codes and earned referral income from those users.
Current referral holders in Turkey will continue to receive commissions from the transactions of users they previously invited. This decision only affects new invitations. Commissions earned from users attracted through shared referral codes will continue unaffected.
No Changes to Other Products and Services
Binance added that besides this change in the Referral Program, there will be no modifications to the other services offered to users in Turkey. Users can continue trading and accessing products and services uninterrupted through Binance.com.
The cryptocurrency exchange emphasized that this decision was made to ensure full compliance with legal regulations in Turkey.
