ADA Coin Price Commentary
0.4 dollars resistance was breached and lost almost simultaneously. The historical entry of the MVRV ratio into the sales zone also played a part in this. Although investors are generally positive for the fourth quarter, the overall weakness in crypto may continue until mid-September.
Moreover, Friday’s upcoming PCE data could be a good trigger for a possible surprise drop (though not expected). The 30-day MVRV ratio reached 11.4%, and the 8% to 18% range is generally considered a sell signal for ADA Coin investors. At the time of writing, the ratio had fallen to 5.4%.
The positive funding rate in futures shows that investors are not overly pessimistic for now. BTC is at 63,400 dollars, and altcoins are generally in the red. The failure of the last 65,000 dollars test reflects the potential for a pullback to 60,000 dollars, so this is not too surprising.
ADA Coin Price Prediction
Since the end of February, ADA Coin has been following a consistent downward trend. While its competitors made strong upward attempts, ADA Coin remained stagnant. This is largely due to Hoskinson’s inability to advance the network as expected. Despite Vasil and other major upgrades, the network lacks widely used protocols, leading to reasonable weakness as the number of competitors increases.
Its inability to keep up with the strong competitive environment is a serious long-term issue for ADA Coin. The price, which has fallen below 0.37 dollars, targets 0.34 dollars below this support level. Combined with BTC’s weakness, this indicates that the popular altcoin will dampen the bulls’ morale in the short term.
However, if BTC makes a third attempt at 65,000 dollars and ADA Coin price can surpass 0.4 dollars, 0.44 dollars can be targeted.
