Bitcoin is trying to reclaim $65,000 but has not succeeded yet. However, exchanges are preparing for a bull run. Coinbase is accelerating listings, increasing alternatives in both spot and futures trading. Just recently, a listing announcement was made for futures trading of 3 popular altcoins.
Altcoins to be Listed
Coinbase took action to diversify its revenue sources during the tough days of bear markets. This included launching the global version of the exchange. Thanks to this step, investors outside the US could receive futures trading services from Coinbase.
To expand the alternatives in the global version, the exchange announced the listing of AAVE, MKR, and DYM Coin today. The perp pairs will be activated on August 1, 2024, at 09:30 UTC.
Today, the previously announced TAO, TON, and TRB Coin futures pairs were also activated. Yesterday, Coinbase listed new spot pairs with an experimental label. As the exchange continues its intensive listings, it seems to expect an increase in volumes. This could mean we have yet to see the real rise for these cryptocurrencies.
