Cryptocurrency whales have suddenly moved approximately $60 million worth of top meme coins Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) within a span of 24 hours, earlier this week.

According to the blockchain tracker, Whale Alert, the largest single transaction involved an unknown wallet transferring 360 million DOGE, valued at over $21 million, to another unknown wallet. In terms of SHIB transactions, Whale Alert indicates that the cryptocurrency trading firm Jump Trading transferred over 1 trillion SHIB, worth approximately $7 million, to an unknown wallet. Other substantial memecoin transactions involve individual trading giant Robinhood:
Over 101,224,068 DOGE, worth more than $6.2 million, was transferred from Robinhood to an unknown wallet. Over 204,977,642 DOGE, worth more than $12.6 million, was transferred from an unknown wallet to Robinhood. Approximately $11.65 million worth of DOGE (189,073,539 DOGE) was transferred from Robinhood to an unknown wallet.

As per BitInfoCharts, Robinhood’s wallet is currently the second richest Dogecoin address in the world, holding DOGE worth about $670 million at the time of writing. While the Robinhood wallet was once the richest, it transferred hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Dogecoin to an unknown address in early June. The recipient address became the richest Dogecoin wallet, and it remains uncertain whether it is connected to the individual trading giant.
The popular meme token DOGE is trading at $0.062 at the time of writing. The 9th largest cryptocurrency by market cap has seen a 0.38% increase in the last 24 hours, while SHIB is trading at $0.000007 after a 2.2% increase in the last day.
