Number of Transactions on EOS Network Exceeds 1 Million
There has been significant activity on the EOS network, which was unable to keep up with the bull that started in 2020 and failed to set a record in 2021 like other altcoins. According to the data provided by Bitquery, the number of transactions on the network suddenly exceeded 1 million today. Before this sudden increase, the number of transactions on the network was averaging around 7,500 per day.
The EOS network last made headlines on December 6, when it was celebrating its 5th year, for reaching an important milestone. EOS achieved a significant accomplishment by reaching the 2,000-day milestone with zero network interruptions.
