Gemini Files Lawsuit Against Digital Currency Group
Winklevoss disclosed that cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has filed a lawsuit against Digital Currency Group (DCG) and DCG’s CEO, Barry Silbert. In his Twitter post, Winklevoss detailed allegations related to the lawsuit and directed multiple charges against Silbert.
Winklevoss accused Silbert of being the architect and brain behind the DCG and Genesis fraud against creditors, alleging that Silbert personally participated in implementing the fraud:
Today, Gemini has filed a lawsuit against Digital Currency Group and Barry Silbert personally in a New York court. Barry has not only been the architect and brain of DCG and Genesis’s fraud against creditors, but he has also personally and directly participated in this fraud.
