As excitement in the meme coin sector continues to rise, a transaction by a whale has turned all attention to PEPE. Spot On Chain, a leading on-chain analytics firm, revealed that 500 billion PEPE tokens were sent to Binance, suggesting it could be a profit-taking transaction.
The wallet address, identified as 0x522e…28472, likely made a move that capitalized on the recent price increase of Pepe Coin. Spot On Chain emphasized this in their latest update, highlighting the significant details of the whale’s activity.
According to the shared information, the trader sent approximately 500 billion PEPE tokens worth around 4.26 million dollars to Binance during the “10 days of the price increase.” Selling at the current market rate would yield a profit of 3.39 million dollars for the whale.
However, despite offloading a significant portion of their assets, the trader continues to hold 100 billion PEPE tokens valued at 1.05 million dollars. This indicates that the whale’s interest in PEPE continues.
