In the altcoin sector, a “Golden Cross” forms when a short-term moving average (such as the 50-day) crosses above a long-term moving average (like the 200-day). Experts recognize this pattern as a precursor to a significant upward market shift. The last time this signal was noted was in 2021, leading to considerable gains. Many analysts assert that the bearish phase for altcoins has ended, paving the way for a potentially historic rally.
Renowned analyst Pepesso suggests that this rally may differ from past cycles, potentially lasting one to three years. Investors are urged to exercise patience as the primary upswing has yet to commence. Consequently, high-yield potential altcoins for June have caught investors’ attention.
Four Altcoins Expected to Surge in June
The altcoin list for June starts with Toncoin (TON). TON’s major growth catalyst is its main sponsorship of the NFC conference in Lisbon from June 4-6. Analyst Ali Martinez notes a triangle formation in TON’s technical charts, predicting a 40% surge potential.
Following TON is Virtual Protocol (VIRTUAL), a platform focused on artificial intelligence projects. VIRTUAL has soared by 60% last month and nearly doubled over the year. Users must stake VIRTUAL coins to access the platform, and forthcoming user-friendly guides are planned to simplify the process.
In third place is Quant Network (QNT), which addresses major crypto issues by facilitating cross-blockchain connectivity. With all its coins in circulation, QNT’s value rose by 50% last month, and its $1.5 billion market cap indicates broader growth potential.
Near Protocol (NEAR) rounds out the list as a fast, developer-friendly blockchain network focused on artificial intelligence. Employing sharding technology boosts its scalability, eliminating the need for bridges in cross-chain transactions. NEAR’s market capitalization is currently at $3.17 billion, with a price around $2.60.
