Shiba Inu’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, announced the launch of a new meme coin called SHIFU via the social media platform X. This announcement has generated curiosity regarding the new dog-themed coin supported by the developers behind SHIB.

In a post dated December 4, Kusama drew attention to SHIFU coin with the phrase “LFG”. He further piqued interest by asking, “Did someone say airdrop?”
Supporting Lark Davis’s post highlighting the significance of SHIFU, Kusama stated that SHIFU is backed by Shiba Inu, the second largest meme cryptocurrency.
“SHIFU is a legitimate meme coin supported by the second largest meme cryptocurrency.”
Davis announced that there would be a “crazy airdrop” for SHIB, BUBBLE, LEASH, and IO NFT investors, with the snapshot process starting soon. The announcement of SHIFU coin, combined with SHIB gaining significant momentum in the bull market, could lead to substantial profits.

Shiba Inu Coin continues its upward trend among meme coins in the fourth quarter. The price of SHIB rose by 3% daily to $0.00003037, reflecting gains of 22% and 80% over the week and month, respectively.
The increasing demand from SHIB investors and the imminent launch of SHIFU coin positively influence market sentiment. Shytoshi Kusama’s support for SHIFU Coin has enhanced the project’s reliability.
The accumulation of tokens by SHIB whales further improves market perception, creating a favorable atmosphere for the meme coin sector. The entry of SHIFU coin may also aid Shiba Inu in standing out positively once again.
