According to the scenario, if Ripple’s valuation approaches that of giants like Alphabet, Apple, or Microsoft, the XRP price could soar into four-digit territory. However, there are pessimistic views as well, suggesting that regulatory uncertainties, institutional capital fluctuations, and the ambiguity surrounding Ripple’s public offering plans make these expectations overly optimistic.
Ripple’s Potential Public Offering Scenario and Its Promises for XRP
According to Grok’s simulation, if Ripple’s value aligns with Google’s $2.02 trillion market cap post-IPO, the XRP price might reach approximately $440. If the valuation equals Apple’s $3.15 trillion, the estimated price is $687, and compared to Microsoft’s $3.37 trillion, it could extend to $735.
These bold figures represent an unimaginable increase when compared to XRP’s current circulating supply of 58.62 billion and a market cap of $137.36 billion. Zuccara voices optimism, stating, “When Ripple goes public, the company’s profitability and institutional growth expectations could drive XRP demand upwards like a domino effect.”
However, it’s crucial to remember that the current private market valuation of Ripple Labs stands only at $10.88 billion. The company has not yet announced a definitive timeline for an IPO, and CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently emphasized that public offering plans are not “on the horizon.” Despite this, the community argues that a potential premium IPO could directly introduce a positive wave to XRP, especially if global cryptocurrency adoption accelerates.
