Alien Worlds is an NFT DeFi metaverse that simulates economic competition and collaboration among players. This is achieved by encouraging players to compete for Trilium (TLM), which is necessary to control rival Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (“Planet DAOs”) and gain additional access to the game.
What is Alien Worlds (TLM)?
In the Alien Worlds metaverse, players can acquire NFTs (digital game items) for TLM mining, participate in battles, and complete in-game missions. Depending on their strategies, players can purchase and combine the NFTs that best suit their game. Additionally, players can participate in governance by electing Council Members of the six Planet DAOs, thereby influencing the direction of the game.
Trilium (TLM) is the native service token of the Alien Worlds metaverse and has the following use cases:
- Trilium (TLM) Planet Governance: TLM holders can stake TLM to participate in the governance of the Planets and other potential rewards.
- Staking: Players can stake TLM on a specific planet to participate in TLM and NFT mining.
- In-game Currency: TLM tokens are the currency in Alien Worlds, required for players to purchase and upgrade items, and participate in missions, battles, and in-game activities.
- Gameplay Incentives: Active users can earn TLM as participation rewards to enhance the in-game ecosystem and activity.
- NFT Purchases: In-game items are minted as NFTs that assist players in TLM mining, participating in battles, and completing in-game missions.
Moreover, Trilium is a cross-chain ERC-20 / BEP-20 / WAX interchangeable token that monitors the power of the meta data repository. Players can earn Trilium in the game and deposit it into a Planet DAO to vote in that planet’s elections.
Additionally, the game is described as, “Aliens gave the Federation the secret of how to find the wormhole to escape the plagues of Earth. The Ancient Alien AI, Aioshi, guides the Federation when necessary.”
