Maverick Protocol, the 34th project launched on Binance Launchpad, is a mergable Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocol. This protocol enables developers and liquidity providers to achieve high capital efficiency and implement any Liquidity Providing (LP) strategy they wish. Maverick Protocol stands out with its Maverick AMM, the first Dynamic Distribution AMM, which provides liquidity providers with greater flexibility in deciding where to place their liquidity and allows for the automatic movement of their liquidity to track price.
What is MAV Coin?
The mission of the Maverick Protocol is to eradicate inefficiency stemming from DeFi by aiding users in placing their liquidity where it can work the most. Maverick AMM facilitates a wide range of LP strategies, including strategies that increase the capital efficiency of both fixed product and range AMMs. Moreover, by automating a variety of liquidity strategies, Maverick Protocol allows all user classes to benefit from the advantages of dynamic concentrated liquidity.
Maverick Protocol has proven to be a potent AMM for liquid staking protocols in the quest to attract Total Value Locked (TVL) and volume. Following its launch in March, Maverick AMM has managed to generate a substantial amount of wstETH transaction volume.
MAV, Maverick Protocol’s native utility coin, serves two purposes: governance and voting. MAV coin holders can use their coins to vote on protocol governance decisions and stake their MAVs to earn veMAV, which provides community voting rights, including the allocation of protocol incentives to specific pools or positions within the Maverick AMM.

As new protocols are developed that require on-chain liquidity, Maverick Protocol stands out by enabling protocols to shape their global liquidity distributions to meet their targets using precise incentives. While LPs in existing AMMs are limited to a small set of LPing strategies, Maverick Protocol has changed this by adding new degrees of freedom to the LP toolset and making it possible to collect incentives from protocols. The high-density structure of Maverick Protocol pools allows investors to achieve highly competitive pricing with low deviation.
How to Buy MAV Coin?
The ERC-20 type MAV coin had an initial circulation supply of 250 million MAV (12.50% of the total coin supply) when it was listed on Binance, while its total and maximum supply is 2 billion MAV. 30 million MAV (1.50% of the total coin supply) has been allocated for the MAV coin, a Binance Launchpad project, to the Binance Launchpool.
To buy MAV coin, you first need to sign up on Binance and then deposit fiat currency. Once a fiat currency such as Turkish lira or US dollar is deposited into the exchange, a purchase can be made through the trading pairs that MAV coin trades on. MAV coin trading will begin on Binance on June 28, 2023, at 11:00 am.
