RONIN Coin Overview
Launched in January 2022, RONIN coin is the native asset of the Ronin Blockchain, an essential component of the ecosystem developed by Sky Mavis for Axie Infinity. The release of RONIN significantly enhanced the functionality of the Ronin sidechain, especially facilitating low-cost, efficient token swaps via the decentralized exchange (DEX) Katana. This innovation solved the high transaction fee problem that originated from Ethereum.
With Ronin’s transition to the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism in March 2023, RONIN coin’s use case expanded to staking. Users can now stake RONIN with network validators to earn rewards, further increasing its versatility within the Ronin ecosystem. While liquidity providers and other network supporters receive a certain number of free transactions daily, most users must pay with RONIN for transactions on the network.
How to Buy RONIN Coin?
RONIN coin can be securely bought and sold on Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. RONIN coin will be listed on Binance on February 5, 2024, and will be available for trading in the RONIN/BTC, RONIN/USDT, RONIN/FDUSD, and RONIN/TRY trading pairs.
To purchase RONIN coin, users must first register on the Binance exchange (if not already registered). After completing the registration process, fiat currency such as Turkish lira or cryptocurrency must be transferred to the Binance account wallet. Once the transfer is complete, RONIN coin can be purchased through any of the five trading pairs mentioned above.
To buy through the RONIN/USDT trading pair on Binance, users must first navigate to the interface of this trading pair.
