Users are required to pay an amount equivalent to 0.1 BNB to engage in direct private chats with CZ. He stated that all proceeds from this consultancy service will be donated to charitable organizations. If users do not receive a response from CZ after sending their initial message, half of their payment will be automatically refunded. Additionally, messages are limited to a maximum of 2,000 characters, and users cannot attach images or files.

Through the Reachme platform, users can send messages to CZ using the altcoin BNB. If CZ does not reply to the messages within five days, users will be eligible to receive 50% of their deposited amount back. This mechanism is designed to ensure user satisfaction while enhancing confidence in the consultancy service offered by Binance’s former CEO.
Moreover, the platform has set clear restrictions on message length. Users can send texts with a maximum length of 2,000 characters. The absence of any files or images keeps the platform simple and understandable, allowing CZ to assess messages quickly and effectively.
