More pairs for cryptocurrencies and exchange listings are crucial for liquidity. It also helps in increasing prices. Now, as the BTC price struggles to surpass $61,000 again, Coinbase has announced three new listings for its global exchange. These could contribute to the price as they may increase demand on the futures side.

Last Minute Altcoin Listing

Coinbase announced on September 5 that three different cryptocurrencies will be available for futures trading. The exchange, which gives good news for a few altcoins every month, is increasing the options on the futures side. This could reflect the expectations of Coinbase analysts for volume growth in the coming months and beyond.

The altcoins to be listed on September 5 are as follows:

  • BounceBit
  • Conflux
  • Neo

BB Coin increased by 1% in the last 17 hours. Conflux (CFX) rose by approximately 5% due to the announcement. Finally, NEO Coin experienced a weak increase of 2%. If the BTC price closes above $62,000 in the coming hours, this latest news could provide a positive divergence opportunity for these altcoins.
