Crypto companies are accelerating their growth, with markets optimistic for the first two quarters of 2025. Cryptocurrencies are experiencing a resurgence similar to late 2020, with Bitcoin 
$103,548 reaching six-figure prices despite intermittent corrections. This week, significant announcements emerged from crypto events, one of which was just revealed.
Million Dollar Altcoin Investment
Investment firms, crypto foundations, and VC funds are ramping up investments in this sector. Just minutes ago, Beam Foundation announced plans to launch a $150 million venture fund, Beam Ventures. The announcement made at an event in Abu Dhabi aims to transform the region into a global gaming hub.
This strategic move intends to support crypto initiatives at the intersection of blockchain, gaming, and artificial intelligence. Beam Ventures will allocate resources to game developers at early stages, enabling new cryptocurrency projects to emerge.
Abu Dhabi boasts ambitious goals, including a growing gaming community and the development of an esports hub. HE Saeed Al Fazari, Executive Director of Strategic Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, stated:
“We have built a solid gaming infrastructure in Abu Dhabi over the past three years, and establishing a dedicated gaming fund is a crucial step to ensure this ecosystem continues to develop. This initiative seamlessly aligns with our gaming efforts in Abu Dhabi, reflecting our commitment to welcoming investments in the gaming sector and emphasizing investor confidence in our ecosystem.”
Current Status of Cryptocurrencies
As this article is being prepared, Bitcoin’s price is above $98,000, and the decline in altcoins is reversing. Following today’s upcoming U.S. inflation data, macroeconomic pressures may significantly ease. While Bitcoin’s market dominance is beginning to decline again, the total value of cryptocurrencies has increased by approximately 1%.
The total volume across all cryptocurrency exchanges continues to remain above $275 billion. ETH is still below $3,800, and if it can surpass this level once more, it may seek peaks above $4,000.
