Moonriver is an Ethereum 
$2,622-compatible smart parachain operating on Kusama. It aims to establish a network that works alongside Moonbeam, a permanently incentivized network provider. New code is sent to Moonriver for testing and verification under real economic conditions. Once proven, the same code is deployed to Moonbeam on Polkadot. This process includes full EVM implementation, a Web3-compatible API, and building bridges that connect Moonriver to existing Ethereum networks.
