The decline for Hyperliquid, a leading next-generation DEX platform, appears to have ended. After experiencing rapid gains over the past two days, HYPE Coin has now returned to its early December 2025 levels. Income-generating protocols possess more potential in the long term, and Hyperliquid, having made a strong start post the FTX collapse in 2023, maintains its strong position in the market.
Rise of HYPE Coin
Forecasts indicated that by the end of 2025, due to OBO, prices might drop to around $21. As anticipated, the price retreated to mid-2025 levels and lingered below $28 for a prolonged period. Now, the altcoin that bounced from the bottom has reclaimed the support level lost in December.
If the daily close remains above $28, conditions could see a rally extending to $35. Last year, tokens sought after at $35 were severely battered due to locked openings and negative overall market sentiment.
For HYPE Coin, which tested the October 10 bottom like many altcoins, key levels stand at $28.23 and $26.87. Preserving these two support points will prevent the tedious movements in the range of $23 to $21.
Further ascent will facilitate reclaiming the $35 base, paving the way to revisit the $40-$48 peak range. If market sentiment supports, a new all-time high above $60 is possible.

Silver is the third most voluminous asset in Hyperliquid futures, with open positions surpassing $150 million and volume at $1.2 billion. Gold also maintains a volume of $105 million. Since fluctuations in commodity prices significantly bolster Hyperliquid’s revenues, continued volatility seems to favor HYPE Coin.

Several analysts have enthusiastically observed HYPE Coin’s resurgence over the past two days. Analysts like Sherpa have mentioned the $35 target this week. Analyst EllioTrades, a few hours ago, shared the following graph and noted:
