In the first quarter of the year, the best-performing group of altcoins were meme coins, which appreciated by dozens of times in value. We saw significant gains from newly launched meme coins as well as assets already listed by Binance. So what do the current predictions indicate for BONK, PEPE, and WIF Coin?
BONK Coin
In terms of fundamentals, storytelling, and community building, BONK Coin was one of the best cryptocurrencies to emerge recently. BONK Coin appeared to reduce community losses while SBF was ruining everything and causing the price of SOL Coin to plummet. Numerous protocols in the Solana ecosystem airdropped to users interacting with NFTs. Initially, it seemed useless, and its price was very low.
However, investors who saw this as an opportunity and held back from selling were clearly rewarded by the end of the year. The price increased massively, and most investors faced the potential to earn beyond their losses. Of course, this was for those less eager to sell.
After reaching an ATH price of $0.00004827, BONK Coin fell back to a support level of $0.0000208. It wasn’t surprising given the attraction of newer meme coins in the Solana ecosystem and the BTC declines for the rest of March. Now it’s struggling to surpass $0.0000243.
If BONK Coin’s price can overcome this resistance, it could test the ATH after targets of $0.0000295 and $0.0000344.
PEPE Coin Commentary
A similar situation is observed in the PEPE Coin chart. Bulls are maintaining key support for the continuation of the rise, and concerns about deeper lows have eased as BTC price attempts to surpass $69,000 again. An ATH test could follow if it closes above $0.00000896. However, losing the $0.0000057 support could dampen expectations for PEPE Coin’s rise.
WIF Coin Commentary
Compared to others, WIF Coin set its ATH later and there’s a risk of continued decline. If the price starts closing below the key support area of $3.5, it could pull back towards the $2.92 and $2.68 bases.
For a reversal scenario and ATH test, $4 needs to be reclaimed.
