Rex Shares has introduced a new ETF, known as BMAX, which offers corporate-based convertible bonds to investors. This product consists of convertible bonds issued by companies aiming to add Bitcoin $84,343 to their balance sheets. The ETF particularly emphasizes bonds issued by Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, and continues to drive demand for such appealing products among institutional investors.
Key Features of the ETF
BMAX has started trading on the Nasdaq. The fund’s gross expense ratio is set at 0.85%, and it was launched with $25 million in assets. This product aims to cater to investors following Bitcoin-based strategies through corporate debt.
ETF shares have gained value in early trading sessions by benefitting from fluctuations in Bitcoin prices, positively impacting the market. Bitcoin has recently risen from around $80,000 to over $84,000, reigniting hope among investors.
Pioneering Strategy and Investment Model
Under the leadership of Michael Saylor, a new model in corporate asset management is being introduced. Other significant portfolio components include convertible bonds from Marathon Digital and Riot Platforms. This situation creates an alternative approach in a bond market that investors cannot access directly.
Greg King, CEO of Rex Financial, stated, “These bonds have been difficult for individual investors to access until now. BMAX is designed to make Michael Saylor’s leading strategy more accessible.”
The fund’s launch aims to create new investment opportunities in the market, offering investors a chance for a diversified portfolio. It allows investors to closely track the strategy of acquiring crypto assets through corporate debt.
The product presents a different approach compared to other funds with similar structures in the market. As investors need to monitor developments in the convertible bond market, the ETF’s advantages appear to target a broader audience. In light of economic data, the emergence of such financial products may contribute to the growth of the sector.
