Donald Trump has today unveiled a strategic crypto reserve focusing on ETH, SOL, ADA, and XRP. While the project is still in the research phase, Crypto Wizard David has hinted that more altcoins could be added during this Friday’s event. This raises the question: which cryptocurrencies might be included in the reserve?
Cryptocurrencies Eligible for the U.S. Reserve
The Coinbase 50 index plays a crucial role in this context. Coinbase, the largest U.S.-based crypto exchange by volume, has listed 50 cryptocurrencies in its index. Notable altcoins based in the U.S., such as Cardano 
$0.385644 and Ripple 
$2, are included in this list, which features the following:

However, there are also U.S.-based altcoins not represented in the Coinbase 50 index, including XRP, SOL, AVAX, NEAR, MANA, LPT, LTC, XLM, ZEC, LINK, ZEN, BAT, FIL, SUI, and OP Coin.
Trump’s Crypto and AI Wizard David Sacks stated, “President Trump has announced a Crypto Strategic Reserve consisting of Bitcoin 
$91,081 and other top cryptocurrencies. This aligns with the E.O. 14178 from a week ago. President Trump is committed to making the U.S. ‘The Crypto Capital of the World.’ More announcements will come at the summit.”

The altcoins listed above, including those in Trump’s WLFI project and others issued by Grayscale, present a collective opportunity. In the coming days, enthusiasm around these altcoins is likely to increase, as Trump appears determined to support U.S.-based cryptocurrencies in his quest to establish the nation as the world’s crypto capital.
Bitcoin (BTC)
Just hours ago, BTC tested the $78,000 mark, now soaring above $92,500. Having experienced a quick 10% increase, if it can maintain support at $92,650, it may target the resistance level at $98,500. Following such rapid gains, we may witness a pause or, in true bull market fashion, observe BTC remain strong while altcoins accrue further profits.
In the last 24 hours, $453 million in short positions were liquidated. The largest liquidations among altcoins occurred for ETH and XRP Coin. If Trump’s surprising announcement continues to gain traction throughout the week, led by figures like David Sacks, the momentum may persist.
