Gerber, an Ohio-based registered investment adviser overseeing $592 million in assets, has disclosed a new investment in XRP through a recent filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Institutional advisers report new XRP ETF positions
Gerber reported holding 12,958 shares of the Franklin XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF), highlighting a fresh move by investment advisers to enter the XRP ETF market. The Franklin XRP ETF is one of several newly launched regulated funds designed to track the price of the XRP digital asset.
On July 17, Gallacher Capital Management LLC, another SEC-registered investment adviser, announced a new position in the Canary XRP ETF (ticker: XRPC). Gallacher disclosed ownership of 86,744 shares valued at about $961,126 at the time of reporting.
One day earlier, Vista Finance LLC reported one of the largest institutional XRP ETF positions to date. The firm’s own SEC filing revealed 129,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF, which equaled $11.45 million when the filing was made.

Meanwhile, CPR Investments, a Michigan-based investment advisory company, established a position in the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, which offers leveraged exposure to XRP prices. CPR reported ownership of 36,619 shares valued at around $363,627 as of July 15.

While these investments are still small in comparison to positions commonly seen in Bitcoin ETFs, they reflect a gradual increase in interest from institutional investment advisers in the XRP market.
XRP ETF market sees steady inflows
Net inflows to XRP ETFs have been consistent throughout July. Most recent data show 532,500 XRP of net inflows recorded on July 27, following 5.09 million XRP on July 21, 2.27 million XRP on July 20, and 6.10 million XRP on July 16.
Total assets under management (AUM) in the XRP ETF sector now stand at around $683.66 million. The Bitwise XRP ETF leads the sector with approximately $243 million in AUM, followed by the Canary XRP ETF at nearly $223 million and the Franklin XRP ETF at about $167 million.
