XRP Reaches Highest Search Rate in the Last Year

Last week, there was a significant increase in the price of Ripple (XRP), the cryptocurrency of the Blockchain company, Ripple, after an important legal victory against the SEC lawsuit. With this development, as the value of XRP increased, Google searches for the digital currency also significantly increased. According to Google Trends data, the question “How to buy XRP?” reached its highest level in the past year, reaching a maximum search level of 100 between July 9 and July 15.

The Highest Score in the Last Year

Similarly, as can be seen from the table below, the number of searches for the question “How to buy Ripple?” also reached the highest score of the year.

Singapore is the country that shows the most interest in buying XRP, followed by Hong Kong, Slovakia, Finland, and Denmark. According to the research, Lebanon, Croatia, and Lithuania were among the countries that researched how to buy Ripple.

Why is There an Increasing Interest in XRP?

According to Google Trends data, there has been a general increase in the number of searches for XRP in 2023, but the most significant increase was observed last week. This increased interest in Ripple came with the landmark decision that XRP sales were not considered securities. Along with the interest, there was an extraordinary increase in the price of XRP. The decision was a legal victory for the blockchain company that had been fighting in court for about three years.

Ripple Gained Attention with a 71% Increase

With the rise in XRP price, investors’ biggest concern has been alleviated, and positive news for the cryptocurrency has started to be priced in. Last week, the price of Ripple increased by 71% from 0.47 cents to 0.81 cents. According to whale purchases, Google Trends data, and the court decision, it seems that there are good days ahead for Ripple.
