OKX, a platform offering users the chance to engage with new and high-quality Blockchain projects periodically, is preparing to initiate the mining process for Meson Network (MSN) through its OKX Jumpstart branch. Accordingly, the MSN token will make its debut in OKX Jumpstart Mining starting at 09:00 AM on April 26, 2024. This initiative provides an opportunity for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) owners to participate in MSN token mining by staking their assets. Participation in MSN token mining is subject to certain conditions, including the exclusion of Mainland China, Hong Kong, and South Korea, and the requirement of identity verification.
Key Information for MSN Token Mining
Calculating stake rewards is a crucial aspect of the program. Participants will receive MSN tokens based on the amount of BTC or ETH they have staked relative to the total amount deposited in the system at that time, multiplied by the number of tokens released per minute. For example, if a user stakes 0.1 BTC and at that moment a total of one thousand BTC is staked in the system, and if the number of tokens released per minute is ten thousand, the user will receive one MSN token per minute as a reward.
OKX has outlined the main procedures for smooth participation in staking and unstaking. Accordingly, users need to transfer their BTC or ETH to their funding accounts before logging into OKX’s official app, go to the ‘Grow’ section, and click on ‘Jumpstart’. The process of claiming rewards is similarly straightforward, and users can automatically return their BTC or ETH to their funding accounts at any time, releasing them.
Not removing staked BTC or ETH before the end of the mining period will result in the staked tokens being automatically distributed as rewards to the funding account within two hours after the event ends. Additionally, details regarding the commencement of deposit, withdrawal, and trading operations for MSN tokens will be announced later.
What is Meson Network (MSN)?
Meson Network aims to revolutionize Web3 by establishing a facilitated bandwidth marketplace using Blockchain technology, offering an alternative to traditional labor-based sales models. The MSN token, with a total supply of 100 million tokens, serves as the main network asset, used for various purposes including access to bandwidth and big data services, rewards for miners contributing to the network, increased mining efficiency through token staking, and participation in governance processes for network participants.
