Shibarium, a Layer-2 scaling solution based on Ethereum 
$2,316 and backed by the Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem, has reached a significant milestone by processing over 500 million transactions. According to Shibarium Scan data, the total number of transactions on the network has exceeded 500,623,178.
The Growth Story of Shibarium
Launched in August 2023, Shibarium faced some challenges in its early stages but began attracting more attention with this major achievement. An NFT update linked to Shiboshi has contributed to the ecosystem’s adoption, positively impacting Shibarium’s growth. Additionally, the introduction of an NFT bridge feature to the main network has increased daily transaction numbers from a few thousand to millions. Current data indicates that the daily transaction count on Shibarium is around 4.69 million, with at least 2,227 transactions occurring hourly.
Celebrating this success, developer Kaal Dhairya expressed optimism to the community, stating, “The momentum is unstoppable.”

Developments within the Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem support overall growth expectations. Currently, SHIB is trading at $0.0000264, reflecting a 3.39% decrease in the last 24 hours. Recently, the token price fluctuated between $0.00002457 and $0.0000303.

Meanwhile, lead developer Shytoshi Kusama aims to establish Shiba Inu as a crypto hub with the “SH.I.B” project, presenting the proposal to Elon Musk to seek broader evaluation.
